Fast-Track to Fun with Club MoBay VIP Service
Sunset at the Palms, a treehouse-style, all-inclusive boutique hotel, is justly famous for its commitment to guest service. Through its partnership with a VIP arrival service called Club MoBay, the resort’s ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver the ultimate travel experience begins as soon as visitors step off their plane at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. Sunset at the Palms guests are personally greeted by a Club MoBay representative, who helps them complete required travel forms and then fast tracks them through the immigration and customs process. Resort guests get a warm welcome – and an escape from stress – the moment they arrive in Jamaica.
Sunset at the Palms includes Club MoBay VIP arrival services in 2016 bookings for guests from the United States and Canada, and will extend the service to guests coming from any gateway (including those in the United Kingdom and European Union) in 2017. This makes the resort the only hotel in Jamaica that includes VIP arrival service in all rates, no matter what the room category. The enhanced airport experience gives visitors a stunning first impression of Jamaica and ensures that even novice travelers easily navigate their way through the arrivals process and feel relaxed and happy before they get their first glimpse of Sunset at the Palms. Ground transportation is not included in the Club MoBay arrival services, but Sunset at the Palms can provide recommendations. Club MoBay representatives will alert guests when it’s time to leave and escort them to their vehicle.
After fast-tracking guests through the arrivals process, the Club MoBay representative helps them retrieve their luggage and escorts them to a culturally themed arrivals lounge. Visitors leave their bags with an attendant and relax in this lounge – where they can enjoy complimentary snacks, soft drinks, rum punch and a Jamaican favorite, Red Stripe beer – while they wait for their ground transportation.* The Club MoBay Lounge, which is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, features comfortable seating, a private restroom and an information desk.
To take advantage of the Club MoBay VIP arrival services, guests simply need to provide their airline arrival information to Sunset at the Palms. Guests who book a suite at the resort also receive Club MoBay’s departure services, which provides fast-track access through security and immigration and access to an 18,200-square-foot lounge that offers complimentary snacks and bar services; wifi; phone calls to the United States, Canada and United Kingdom; and rest room and shower facilities. Sunset at the Palms guests who aren’t staying in suites have the option to purchase a Club MoBay departure VIP pass from the hotel’s front desk for $30 per person.
